Schedule:

Monday  4:30pm to 5:30pm (Starting 9/9/24)
Wednesday 4:30pm to 5:30pm (Starting 9/4/24) 

A group fitness class combining step aerobics, dance, strength training, kickboxing, interval training, circuit training, Tabata, and balance. Each workout blends aerobics with muscle toning and stretching movements, all choreographed with easy-to-follow soul-stirring routines.

YOGA FOR EVERY BODY / TONE ZONE FITNESS MINOCQUA

Yoga for Every Body is for all levels and all abilities.  This practice focuses on body alignment, postures with gentle movement sequences, all to relieve stress and tension. It also incorporates deep breathing breath work and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body and quieting of the nervous system.

Monday 5:30pm to 6:30pm 
Saturday 10:30am to 11:30am.
